Working hours will be from 10.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. daily from Monday to Friday, except national holidays as provided by the Public Holiday Law and from 29th December to 3rd January every year.

7. Timing and Method of Payment
Payment of product price can be made either by means of a credit card, bank transfer, Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.: available only in Japan) or settlement at a convenience store (available only in Japan).
- In case of the payment by a credit card, a bill for the ordered product will be sent through the credit card company to the customer after the product ordered is forwarded. The frequency of payment will be confined to one time.
- In case of the payment by bank transfer, the customer is requested to transmit the payment to the bank account designated by the Association within 5 business days after the order is placed. Upon confirming the money received at the designated bank account, the Association will forward the product ordered.
- In case of C.O.D. by a forwarding agent, the product will be delivered in exchange of the money by the customer.
- In case of settlement at a convenience store, the customer will pay the amount of money at one of the stores of designated convenience-store chains within 5 business days after placing the order. Upon confirming the money received at the designated bank account, the JHA will forward the product ordered.
- In case of payment in installment, the JHA will consult with the customer on the method of payment.
8. Timing of Delivery of Product (Period or Time Limit)
In the case of payment by a credit card or C.O.D., delivery of product is scheduled to be within 5 business days, while in the case of payment by bank transfer or settlement at a convenience store, within 5 business days after confirmation of receipt of the money. In some cases, however, the delivery may be delayed due to unexpected local or forwarding condition.
9. Order within Deadline of Effective Period
In the case of bank transfer or settlement at a convenience store, delivery will be made within 5 business days of placing an order.
10. Condition of Sale
The upper limit of payment at a purchase will be 300,000 yen. The maximum quantity of a purchase of the same item will be 20 pieces.
11. Purchase Method
At the Chart Net Shop, purchasing will be done by entering necessary items in the purchase form (shopping basket).
12. Condition for Return of Product
If the product received has any flaw or a wrong product is delivered, the customer is asked to inform of the fact to the Association within 8 days including the day of delivery by means of telephone, FAX or e-mail. Upon receipt of such information, the Association will take an appropriate countermeasure without delay.
If a customer so requests, the Association will forward a good or correct product and the customer will be asked to return the flawed or wrong product collect.
In the case of return of product due to the customer's cause, the customer is requested to contact the reference of the Association by telephone, FAX or e-mail within 8 days of the delivery of the product, and return the product according to the instructions given. The postage or carriage for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
Repayment will be made upon confirmation of the returned product. The full amount of the payment will be reimbursed in the case of a flawed or wrong product, while the repayment will cover only the price of product in the case of the customer's cause. The bank transfer charges for repayment will be borne by the Association in the former case and by the customer in the latter case.
13. Supplementary Expenses
Since the product price is not including postage or carriage, package fee, bank transfer charges, C.O.D. fee and/or fee for settlement at a convenience store, it is required to pay also for these expenses.
14. Consumption Tax
The consumption tax is included in the product price unless otherwise mentioned.
No consumption tax is levied on any product to be forwarded overseas.
